To me, it's one of those pieces that on hearing you instantly recognize - doesn't matter if it's a Rock Band playing , an Orchestra or a Beautiful Couple, the piece is timeless, it is classic, it does indeed Rock!
One of music2work2''s MySpace friends is Bryan Ingram, composer, performer and producer of Rock/Pop/Alternative music.
He is said to have "conducted symphonies" by Bach, Beethoven, etc. in the living room of his home, as a 3 year old, following this by then playing the same music on the piano by ear. He studied classical piano from the age of 4 until his teens, and then studied jazz piano.
There are five sample songs on Ingram's MySpace page. The tunes are melodic; Bryan Ingram's voice is clear and pleasant. Only one of the songs is instrumental, "Celeres;" it has a whole different sound to it from the other songs.
Listening to Bryan Ingram's music is an enjoyable experience. I liked all of the songs but my favorite is "In the Air." Even though the clip was short, I really liked the music in this one.
Ingram has also written music for a variety of television commercials and shows. His debut EP release "Be That As It May" is available now.
Usually the artist friends of music2work2 from MySpace are the musicians themselves. But, we have a friend named Kristy who is promoting the music of Tim O'Neil. Tim O'Neil is a composer/musician out of Detroit, Michigan. His music is classified as Ambient/Classical/Acoustic.
Mr. O'Neil began playing the piano at age 2 1/2 and composing music at age 4. He is proficient in a variety of musical instruments, in addition to the piano.
On Tim O'Neil's own MySpace page, there are six sample pieces. They are all very melodic, beautiful piano pieces. It would be difficult for me to choose a favorite because I enjoy listening to all of them. I especially like "Amelia's Song," "Come to Me," and "Good Night Detroit."
It is easy to understand how Kristy is such a fan of Tim O'Neil's music. I am glad to have found his music and now I am a fan myself.
If you enjoy beautiful piano music, I highly recommend listening to his work.
