Wendi theme transition with correct piano track

Hurrah! - Finally managed to get a piano performance that I'm stoked about - so - we're in the home stretch. I'm playing around with the strings at the moment - I've got a few good tracks but there's still some room for improvement. Over the coming weeks I will be playing with the mix and adding additional strings to flesh out the feel of the piece.

I'm really starting to love how this theme transition is beginning to sound - this isn't quite right but there's 4 separate string tracks here and they're really beginning to gel

Frustrated!

I'm so frustrated at the moment - I'm working through this piece and it's not right - I've moved from one setup to another and it just highlights technical deficiencies and little things that clash sonically - & sure - I could rush it out the door but it wouldn't be correct and would just bug me forever. It's a horrible feeling knowing that you have to keep hacking away until you get it right and there's no short cut - no quick magical fix - except just to do it and get better and execute.

So I'm going to listen to this for the rest of the day and hopefully by tomorrow I'll be out the other side:

Pedaling on the 6 instead of the 3

Of course said Charlotte - I never pedal on the 3 if I can help it

The pedaling on the intro had been bugging me for a while - so - here it is with the correct set up - surely the full piece can't be too far behind now!
