So we have the male theme written in 3 time and the female theme in 7 – the trick is going to be finding a way to blend the two themes together and preferably in 5 time!
This is a theme that came out yesterday and I started to develop it this morning – it’s a classic walk up the octave but in 5 time it has a sense of playful urgency that I think we can grow as we develop out of flirtation into heavy exertion!

This is the first development of the female theme from the animated movie Moments of Perfection. It differs from the male theme in that it is in 7 time and starts out in a major key. This is pretty rough and the strings parts aren't anywhere near dialed in - but you should get an idea of where the theme is going.
The image is one of SAmi's early sketches of how he sees the female in the movie - and yes - it was originally titled Pocahontas!
